Lately I’ve wanted to talk about certain things that have felt too vulnerable to share with everyone so I will be keeping them behind a paywall. The act of opting in to this newsletter financially not only helps me make a living, it also demonstrates a certain understanding and trust. I appreciate everyone being here, paid or unpaid, I just have to keep certain boundaries to protect my mental health. Writing such personal essays is vulnerable for me, and vulnerability on repeat with no breaks is a recipe for burnout.
